PERFECT Cozy and Warm BASECAMP - New construction 2 br/2ba 1400sqft condo with 800sqft ROOF TOP PATIO! Views of 5 mountain ranges! Roof top fire pit will make you relax. Stylishly decorated and fully equipped for any vacation. In Bozeman and centrally located...perfect base camp for all area activities! Very comfortable:) **Nice inflatable queen bed to fit 6 guests if needed. Snow gear closet w/drain for letting gear melt AND boot dryer. You'll love this happy condo! The space Spacious 2 br/2ba with lots of room to stretch out. It is new construction finished and filled with everything you will need for a great Montana adventure. Everything is spacious in this condo and professionally decorated (There is no way I could have done it that well, thanks if you thought I did:) The roof top patio is off of the kitchen upstairs for convenient outside dinning or lounging by the natural gas fire pit. The patio is 800 sqft and is made of recycled tire mats. There are multiple seating areas and has a view of 5 mountain ranges. It is seriously amazing! Also just added AIR CONDITIONING to make it perfect for our summer guests! Guest access Our condo is attached to my office building and was designed as a corporate suite, for our clients and staff. The office building only operates during the day and has no access to the rooftop patio. The 2 br/2ba, roof top patio, entire living space, and parking are exclusively the guests when there. The door is password coded and changed after each guest. It is in a very safe single family neighborhood within the City of Bozeman. You are 350 yards away (walking trail from the parking lot directly to it) from really good coffee @Cold Smoke Coffee, 4.5 miles from Downtown Bozeman, 12 miles from the Airport, 22 miles from Bridger Bowl, 54 miles from Big Sky/Moonlight Basin, and only 5min from many many restaurants, shopping, rivers, trails, parks, events, etc. Bozeman and the area has a bunch of excellent Breweries (PintPass the app has the map to get you right to them:) Yellowstone National Park is only 1hr 20min away and easy to go tour/see all the animals! Other things to note The neighborhood is brand-new and a super safe/inviting place...EXCELLENT location to take a stroll, play on the playground equipment or go to the coffee shop. **The condo is seriously insulated with R49 & R30 and we take pride in the eco-efficiency of it...just an FYI:)
