This property offers an oversized garage perfect for staging your next construction project in the Siouxland area as well as a huge rhubarb patch if that tickles your fancy. The home offers a front porch just like Grandpa and Grandma used to sit on and tell lies to each other and an oversized detached garage Grandpa ended up in after he got in trouble with a picnic table, grill and firepit to pull out when the weather is appropriate. We also have an oversized Rhubarb patch behind the garage if that interests you.
