All cabins are close enough to be convenient but far enough apart for your own privacy. Guest access Guests will have the cabin all to themselves, including the decks and expansive front lawn. Other things to note Rental Agreement Thank you for choosing our home. Following is our rental agreement: 1. Check-in 3:00 p.m. Mountain Time. Check-out 10:00 a.m. Mountain Time. If you need a variance to these times, please contact owner at time of arrival. We will be as flexible as possible. 2. This is a NON-SMOKING property. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the house or on the grounds. Failure to abide by this rule will result in forfeiture of your rental payment and you will be asked to leave. 3. We do not rent to vacationing students unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. 4. No over-night guests in excess of original reservation without previous arrangements with the owner. 5. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in garbage container. (Securely tie all trash bags.) 6. NO tents, RV's or campers on the property without owner approval. 7. Pets are allowed but must be always on leash when outside. Must pick up all pet waste before departure. Pets cannot be left alone at the property. Excessive barking not tolerated, and you will be asked to the leave the property. 8. Renter is responsible for any damage done to the property. • MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY - The maximum number of guests includes children, unless written approval is obtained from owner. Log house – 10, Historic Cabin – 6, Studio Cabin -2. • FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in. • WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS - Any exceptions to these policies must be approved in writing in advance. • STORM POLICY/ROAD CONDITIONS - No refunds will be given for storms. We do not refund due to road conditions. • EXCESS NOISE/INAPPROPRIATE CONDUCT - This home is located within a family-friendly, quiet area. Noise such as car or home stereos above normal decibels, yelling and other loud noises, etc., that are excessive beyond our neighbors' and neighborhood's average, or conduct that is inappropriate in a family-oriented area such as but not limited to public drunkenness, loud and obscene language, may result in eviction and/or forfeiture of your security/damage deposit and full payment. There is a 10:00 p.m. noise curfew in consideration of other guests. • The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The owners are not responsible for loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises. The home is to be locked when not occupied.
