Large open living area, perfect for large gatherings. 7,000 square feet on 2.5 acres. Very quiet. Lots of parking. Great front porch with swing. Close to public beach, 150 yds from the Ocean. Artists home w very accommodating host. Please not their is conditioning only in upstairs bedrooms and hallways. There is easy access to Salem for October events. The space Brazilian Cherry floors. Lots of light. Great front porch. Lots of parking Guest access Whole main house available plus front and back yard 2plus acres. No access to caretakers wing. House is suitable for weddings and retreats etc Other things to note Restaurants The Blue Ox in Lynn has great steaks, oysters, French fries, fish, maple syrup butter and great bread, and vegetarian dishes. There is also Rosetti's Restaurant in Lynn and The Antique Table for really good Italian food. My favorite restaurant is in Salem 7 miles away. They have amazing vegan food and I am not a vegetarian or vegan. My favorite is the Swami with extra sesame ginger sauce. On the way to Salem is a terrific sea food restaurant Dube's that has a fried clam plate to die for and I don't generally like fried seafood. They make their own onion rings but a small order is enough for three people. They change their frying oil thee times a day and they have separate oil for each item. Their shrimp and lobster casserole is one of my favorites. They do not do desserts. Closer then to Salem center on the back road is Pizza World for the best meatlovers pizza. I have it with light cheese and I eat it on my way home. I can't wait and hot it is best. The tides in Nahant is decent and I like their pizza and fried oysters. Get the dinner fried oysters. Not m much more $ but three times the oysters plus a salad. For gathering Alfredo's in Lynn delivers and they do trays of food, Italian of course. He also caters. Champions BBQ team are good for parties. They do lobster bakes and BBQ's 978-threethreefive-6113 (Kevin) and Pho Minh Ky 781-forfor seven-0656 is a very good Vietnamese restaurant in Lynn.
