If you notice that the entry steps look slippery or hazardous, there is a snow shovel and bucket of salt in the entry for your convenience. You may be messaged after a storm to assist the plow driver by moving your vehicles so he can make the driveway safe for the remainder of your stay. There is limited cell service in this area. AT&T customers have better service, but none for Verizon. The home is located across the street from an industrial cotton mill and nearby treatment facility. This home is equipped with 2 NoiseAware devices. One inside and one outside. This device does not record audio, but monitors decibel levels. When noise reaches a preset threshold for a sustained time you will receive a message to respectfully reduce the noise to a reasonable level. These devices help us keep noise down for the benefit of the neighborhood.
