Big TVs, a finished basement kid cave. Sonos sound system. Keurig coffee maker. When the house is not rented, we use it - and we love it. We have a/c in the master bedroom and one other king bedroom. The air is fresh and the property is super quiet. Our home is your home. Use all the spaces inside and out. I'm always available to help, along with our caretaker who lives 3 doors down our street. Quiet street away from the action, but just a 5 minute drive to restaurants, bars, coffee, you name it. You can get around by car, bicycle, and foot. We have a three night minimum stay, so we attract families instead of weekend partiers. It shows. Other great features of our house include a running stream through our front woods, endless wildlife, a cool breeze in the evening, a/c in the master bedroom and one other king bedroom only, and two refrigerator/freezers. The house is on the side of a mountain, so it usually is not too hot at night even in the middle of the summer. Renters will be required to sign a supplemental lease agreement that contains waivers of liability for use of our bikes, sauna and bunk beds.
