"A Peace of Country"

Welcome to "A Peace of Country". This is a quiet stay in an acreage setting nestled in the cropland of NW Iowa. You have access to the entire lower level of our home, with an egress window for safety. Everything you need to enjoy your stay including 3 beds, kitchenette w/sink, fridge, microwave, compact oven, toaster. Game area including games, ping pong, foosball, & darts. Full bath in the basement with tub/shower. If needed, access to our laundry on the main level for a fee. The space We are an acreage setting only 5 minutes from Northwest Iowa Community College, 6 minutes from Sheldon, Iowa, 20 minutes from Northwestern College & Dordt University. Outdoor patio, fire table, and concrete basketball court with hoop. Guest access Entire lower level of house, front patio, back yard. Other things to note Please note that the bedroom area is separated from the common living space by ceiling to floor curtains. The queen and double bed area is separated from the other double bed area by the same type of curtains. This is shown in our pictures. To enhance our guests privacy, we have installed a locking mechanism on the door into the lower level.
