New Silver Beach neighborhood ! Our welcoming house comfortably sleeps 7 in the upstairs bedrooms. New outdoor patio with dining set and outdoor lounge area with an umbrella. There also is an outdoor shower. The backyard is good-sized for activities and the house is situated 1/10 of a mile from New Silver Beach and 2 miles from Old Silver Beach. Neighborhood offers basketball/tennis courts and playground for the kids! 13 mile bike trail nearby. The space This traditional Cape Cod cottage was built in the early 1900s and the exterior and first floor have been completely renovated. The kitchen has all modern appliances with granite counter tops. The eat-in kitchen is fun for cooking and dining. The front porch has all windows that open with screens which welcomes an amazing ocean breeze. The living room is just as enjoyable with new furniture. The bedroom furniture is updated and comfortable. The second floor is traditional cottage style with open ceilings and beams. The bathroom is on the second floor. Guest access Guests will have access to all aspects of the house except for bicycles stored in the basement. We offer a membership to the association beach which is a wonderful 2 minute walk. There is a playground and tennis/basketball court as well. The association beach is life guarded in July and August. During this time there is a swimming raft which is highly enjoyed. Other things to note The house has 5 ceiling fans throughout to complement the cool ocean breeze coming through the windows. There are many restaurants within a 5 minute drive and we are a 15 minute drive to downtown Falmouth which is an awesome destination. Wild Harbor convenience store is one mile away and can cover basic foods and other essentials. There is also access 1.5 miles away to the Shining Sea Bike Path which offers a beautiful ride through Falmouth down to Woods Hole (about 13 Miles one-way).
