Our 6 BR house is located in a quiet cove on Lake Hartwell, has high speed internet & sleeps 14 comfortably on 5 memory foam king beds, twins/sofas and additional mattresses. Clemson 13 min away! The space We are currently offering flexible check-in and out dates and flexible 2 & 3 day stays this fall and winter, with weekly stay discounts. If a 7 day stay at the lake is not in your plans this year, we offer a 5 day stays with flexible check-in days. A 7 day stay will receive a weekly discount. You can book early with our flexible cancellation policies. Our spacious, 3600 sf, 6 bedroom, private family home on 3 floors is set back in a quiet residential cove of Lake Hartwell and sleeps up to 14 adults comfortably on memory foam beds, 5 king beds, 2 twins, and queen sleeper couch. Bed linens, bath towels, beach towels and all shower essentials are provided. Our newly installed fiber optic high speed internet service will connect multiple devices. We have 5 "smart" TVs around the house for multiple viewing options. The house is all yours!! Clemson and "Death Valley" are only 13 minutes away as well as Seneca for multiple restaurant options. Clemson marina is a 10 minute drive from the house and offers rental pontoons and boats. It is a 20 minute boat ride back to the lake house. Enjoy time together in the large, open-concept main floor or outside on the large upper covered deck, lower gazebo, fire pit, or dock. There is a 4 burner outdoor gas grill available for your use in the fenced-in back yard. Our house has 2 full kitchens stocked with everything you may need for a nice long getaway. The upper floor has a large bedroom with a wall of windows offering a beautiful view of the lake with a king bed, couch, and two additional twin mattresses that are stored in the full length closet that you can pull out to use. Across the hall past a dual sink, full bath is a king bedroom and a dual twin bedroom. On the main floor is a large master suite with a king bed and private full bath, and large walk in closet. The lower level has a full apartment with a separate entrance with a master king suite and private full bath, a large walk in closet, a living room with pull-out full size sofa, kitchen, dining area, and work desk. Additionally on the lower level, there is a separate king bedroom that walks out to the lower patio and backyard, and offers a 1/2 bath. A child high chair, port-a-crib, and youth mattress are also provided to accommodate younger children. There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms. High efficiency HVAC units keep comfortable heating and cooling temperatures with thermostats on all 3 floors. Enjoy our newly redone home for a great family week or weekend this winter or next summer or a football weekend this coming fall. Summer weeks are in high demand, so book them early. Lake Hartwell water temperatures remain nice for swimming off the dock through October or kayaking in the cove all year round, with good fishing opportunities in our cove. Many other outdoor activities are available on day trips in the Sumter NF and nearby NC mountains and National Forests. Come and enjoy your stay at our family home on Lake Hartwell! Kayaks and a paddle board are available for your use, as well as life vests (9 adult, 3 youth, 2 child, 1 water wing (30-50#). A nice gentle path with steps and safety railing access the quiet private dock where you can swim, launch the kayaks, secure your boat, or just spend time relaxing on the spacious deep-water dock. Just past our walkway sign on the path you enter Core of Engineer lands which surround all of Lake Hartwell and provides a private, secluded access area for your use. Summer water levels are 11-12' depth on the lake end of our dock, winter levels are 5-6' depth. Guest access There is plenty of space for parking and the neighborhood is great for evening strolls.
