Spacious and bright, 2 separate bedroom 2nd floor apartment in Caldwell, NJ in a quiet and safe neighborhood with off-street parking for 1 car. Close to NYC transportation, restaurants and shopping. This is perfect for business travelers in need of a short term rental, such as, traveling nurses, those relocating to the area or who are in between homes due to construction, etc., as well as, those who want to go into NYC for a show but don't want to pay NYC hotel prices. The space This is the upper 6-room apartment above the owner-occupied main apartment. This apartment offers incredible space and can accommodate 4 guests. Should a circumstance arise where additional guests are staying with you, there will be an additional $45.00 per person, per night charge. (There is a cap...no more than 6 guests max) In addition to the 2 bedrooms (master bedroom has a queen bed, 2nd bedroom has a daybed with a trundle pullout which gives the opportunity to be 1 twin, 2 twins or 1 king size bed), this apartment has an eat-in-kitchen, full dining room, spacious living room AND sunny office. The new kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, gas range and granite counter-tops. The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower. The apartment has wall-to-wall carpeting throughout and a thermostat allows you to control the Central Air Conditioning and Heat. A multitude of windows provides wonderful natural lighting making the apartment a bright and sunny space. Off-street parking available for 1 car. Overnight on-street parking is not allowed by the town. Should there be a 2nd car, there will be an additional $100.00 per night charge for the 2nd car. Included: All dishes, glassware, mugs, bowls, utensils, pots/pans, etc. Keurig coffee/tea machine, toaster, linens/pillows, towels, cable TV and wireless internet. Guest access This is a 2-family house. To enter the apartment, come up the driveway and enter the house through the side door, walk up the stairs to the top floor apartment. There is parking for one car and the parking spot is located in front of the right bay of the 2-door garage. The driveway must never be blocked. Always pull your car forward, stopping just in front of the right-side garage door. Other things to note A washer and dryer (not shared) is available, if needed, and is located in the basement. I provide complimentary items such as paper products, dish detergent, hand soap, etc. If you require more of these items during your stay, then you shall have to purchase your own and sufficient to last for your stay.
