Located in between the enchanting beaches of Poipu and Shipwreck, this newly remodeled, designer condo has all the luxuries you would expect in a nice boutique hotel. It is two floors with loft and can sleep up to 10. Enjoy the heated pool, tennis courts and gorgeous views from one of the many hikes around the grounds of Poipu Kai. The lush grounds of Poipu Kai reflect the true nature of Kauai, where vegetation is at its best. Impeccably landscaped, they feature a green belt that leads to the beach in under five minutes and opens up to beautiful Poipu Park and Brenneckes Beach, great for body boarding and Poipu Beach, known for its snorkeling. Poipu Kai's green belt also leads to the stunning Shipwreck Beach, a popular surf spot and access to some of the best hikes in the South shore. It's an outdoor lovers paradise! Best way to get around is a car, bike, or by walking. (There is a rental bike shop by Kalapaki Joe's buts it daily rate is expensive for an electric bike.) The unit was recently remodeled and has a modern designer vibe. Other things to note Air Conditioning Hawaii is known for its trade winds. Many homes on Kauai have been designed for "open airflow" using screened windows and screened sliding doors, and DO NOT have air conditioning. Please be sure and confirm when making your reservation whether the home you have chosen does or does NOT have air conditioning. Depending on the season, or even the day, temperatures typically range between 74 to 84 for the highs, and 60 to 74 for the lows, year-round. Refunds or discounts ARE NOT given for lack of Air Conditioning in a property. This is a very large spacious unit with a full size, spacious and extremely well stocked kitchen. The living room and dining area are very spacious as well. You have a view of the water from the front lanai. This is a second-story unit, so there are stairs going up to the front door. **Please note: Any bookings longer than 7 days will be charged a $200 mid- cleaning fee.
