Kihei Kai Nani is hotel zoned and NOT affected by the recently proposed legislation. Our condo is your perfect vacation home, located in a lush tropical setting, a 5 minute walk to beautiful Kamaole 2 beach, or 2 minutes to our pool. We have all the amenities of home: A king size bed, AC, ceiling fans, fully equipped kitchen, full size washer and dryer, Smart TV, cable and WiFi. Dine inside or on our private covered lanai. Beach chairs, umbrella, towels & cooler available for your use. The space Our condo is located at the back of the resort and is completely private, surrounded by tropical trees and plants. We have a DVD library, as well as books and games for your use. Our pool is one of the largest on the island, good for laps and lazing. Kamaole 2 Beach is perfect for swimming and snorkeling at the near by reefs, or for just relaxing with a good book. Guest access We have a beautiful pool and deck area for your relaxation. It is open from 9AM to 9PM. Other things to note HI Taxes of 17.72% are included in your total condo charges. Office hours are from 9-5. It is closed for lunch.
