We also include a pack and play for families with young children. Every bedroom includes high end TVs. The open air concept main floor includes kitchen, dining area, living room, and large lanai with outdoor kitchen. Dine indoors or outdoors on the lanai. A short drive away are the six (6) of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breath-taking Mauna Kea beach. The Kohala coast is a golfer's paradise with seven (7) challenging courses all within 7 miles of our villa. Minutes down the street is the Shops at Mauna Lani where you can find a super-market, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings. Other things to note After your booking is accepted on Airbnb you will receive a copy of our home use agreement. We require this to be signed and returned in order to confirm your booking. We love kids ! We have lots of items for families ranging from pack and play, high chair/booster, bed rails, baby monitors, swim vests, even a toddler toilet ring and kids kitchen utensils. IMPORTANT: Although the Homeowner Association (HOA) schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. Guests are reminded to keep lanai/patio doors closed especially at night. If our guest spots more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests.
