The space Perfectly located with just a five Minute 0.4 mile walk to Ellis Landing Beach or walk across the street to Mansions at Ocean Edge Golf Club and Resort or to the Snowy Owl or JT's for coffee, lunch or dinner. Completely stocked kitchen with plenty of indoor and outdoor room for eating and entertaining. The front living room has smart TV and direct access to the fabulous front porch with porch swing and rocking chairs. The best place to relax with a cup of coffee or tea in the morning or a glass of your favorite beverage in the early evening before walking to the beach for the historically amazing sunsets. The massive primary bedroom upstairs is open concept with two story vaulted ceilings and and a sitting area. The full bath, with bathtub, is located on the second floor off this primary bedroom and includes washer and dryer. Off of the open primary bedroom is a second bedroom with a twin with a trundle bed, allowing for sleeping for two. The third-floor loft which is a private space with a full futon mattress and window looking out back yard. Bed lines, bath towels, sleeping blankets, beach chairs, paper towels, toilet paper, cloth napkins are included for all guests. Each of the three bedrooms as well as the downstairs has an AC unit. There is parking for two cars, two picnic tables, and outdoor grill to enjoy after a day at the beach. Dog allowed by request; $150 weekly fee or $30 per night. We are 0.4 mile, walk, bike, or drive to the closest of several town beaches on Cape Cod Bay. Access to Cape Cod Bike Trail through the road adjacent to house.
