This 20-acre property is located on the Madison River Ranch, near the world-famous Three Dollar Bridge crossing at the Madison River. The house will accommodate 10 in 2 King bedrooms and an open loft with 1 King, 1 Queen, and 2 Xtra long Twin beds. There is outdoor seating/dining for 16 people and two propane barbecues. The space Vaulted ceilings and a massive fireplace create a wonderful feeling of open elegance, while still feeling quite cozy. Views of the Madison Range from the large comfortable deck are simply spectacular. There is plenty of room to roam on the property and in the National Forest which is only minutes away. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property except the garage. Guests have absolutely no access to Common Areas on the Ranch. No fishing Access at the Common Areas. Sheriff will be called for those violating this restriction. Other things to note The house is a perfect getaway for folks wanting privacy with great views and touches of luxury. Fishermen will find the house well located, only 5 minutes from the Three Dollar Bridge. Family and friends will enjoy gathering on the outdoor deck to enjoy Rustling Aspen's unparalleled sunsets. Although guests will not have free access to common areas of Madison River Ranch, they can find endless activities at Wade, Cliff, Quake, Hebgen, and Henry Lakes which are a short drive away. ✅ Easy Check-In Process for your rental agreement, ID verification, & security hold It’s just like when you check in at a hotel and give your ID and security deposit to the front desk, except our front desk is online!
