Amazing property on 1.4 acres less than a mile to the beach! The perfect home for large groups, two families, one large family, or anyone else who wants to stay! The house was newly renovated. Our house is close to Tom Nevers Beach, Sconset Beach, and multiple golf courses, as well as a short drive to town, the airport, and ferry terminal. The space The first floor includes the kitchen, dining room, living room, sitting room with fireplace and full bathroom. There is a main floor master with a king bed and a private bath. The second bedroom on the first floor has a set of bunk beds and a twin, perfect for a kids room. The third bedroom has a queen bed. The second floor includes 2 large bedrooms connected by a nice sized bathroom with soaker tub and shower. The upstairs master has access to the deck. Outside, there is ample room for parking, an outdoor shower, and a nice lawn for yard games - fenced in area for pets to roam.
