Private Apt/ Suite- attached to the house with a Private Entrance, 1 bedroom 2 beds, queen and a twin( please let me know in advance to prepare the twin bed) Kitchen, 1 Bathroom, & Sitting area, Television and Wi-Fi, it includes Refrigerator, Stove w/Oven, Toaster, Microwave, Coffee Maker and much more amenities. The Apt is located in the 2nd FL of the House. The space The Apartment/Suite is Private, has 1 Smart television, 1 in the bedroom . There is 2 Air-conditioners, 1 in the Bedroom and 1 in the TV room ( in the Summer the place is cool, and the winter the place is nice and warm) The Bedroom has a Queen bed (please ask for additional twin bed to add in the bedroom). There is extra linens, blankets and towels in the storage room. The bedroom , has a dresser incorporated into the wall of 9 drawers to store clothes, also have a hanging clothes closet, and a spacious storage room. There is a Full Kitchen; with regular Size stove and refrigerator has coffee Maker, Microwave, Rice Maker, Dishes and Pots there also a Pantry. ( Excellent for Long Term Stay) The TV. Room is small there is love sofa. The bathroom have all amenities/extra towels and toiletries. Guest access Please ask for earlier access 1 hour earlier free or late check out, Must ask for availability. You have your own parking space up to 2 cars in the designated space, if is 2 cars park one behind the other. access to washer and dryer machine only If you booked for 7 or more days. Absolutely NO smoking, No drugs in the apartment. Other things to note There are 2 parking spaces in the left side of the house driveway (one car behind the other). You cannot leave your car on the street after 2am. Absolutely, no smoking in the apartment.
