The space Welcome to our well-maintained waterfront retreat in Mystic Island, New Jersey—just minutes from Long Beach Island (LBI). Designed with a fun Caribbean, tiki, and surf-inspired vibe, this spacious home is perfect for families and groups. View the outdoors from most rooms- oversized sliding glass doors with direct access to the backyard, where you’ll find a tropical-style deck, a Caribbean-inspired tiki bar, and steps leading down to the pool—creating a true vacation atmosphere. Conveniently located just 20–25 minutes from LBI’s beaches and about 25–35 minutes from Atlantic City, you’ll also be only a few blocks from Graveling Point Beach, known for its calm waters and beautiful sunsets. We continuously update and maintain the property to ensure a comfortable stay. Fresh towels, linens, blankets, and other essentials are provided, and the backyard is routinely treated to help keep mosquitoes to a minimum. Need more space? Add the optional 5th bedroom to accommodate up to 15 guests (additional rates apply—please inquire before booking). All reservations require agreement to the house rules before check-in. Guest access You’ll have full access to the entire home, yard, pool, dock, and driveway during your stay. The garage is not available for guest use. The 5th bedroom Will be locked and not accessible unless booked prior. The attic and crawl spaces should not be entered for safety reasons. Other things to note We suggest bringing your personal comforts for preference however we may provide basic essentials for your stay, including linens, towels, some toiletries, stocked kitchen Ect. You may also find fishing poles, games, and pool toys available for use when available . A limited selection of life jackets is provided; however, for safety and comfort, we recommend bringing your own if a precise fit is needed. A baby pack-and-play may be available. We may occasionally stock various items such as coffee, sun screen, toiletries, and insect repellent for guest use. If you have allergies or specific preferences, we recommend bringing your own supplies. The pool is professionally serviced weekly, and the outdoor area is regularly treated for insects. Pool Information: The pool is open seasonally from mid May to late September (longer if the weather is good). Pool is not heated. Maintained weekly, cleaning services available during your stay for up charge. We are available 24/7 to ensure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. If you plan to bring a watercraft, please let us know in advance. The property has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 12 guests. We can accommodate up to 15 guests total with prior approval and an additional We have the optional Additional 5th bedroom available at an extended rate. Message for info if interested. If you’re planning a gathering or event, contact us in advance for approval and event rates. No animal Policy As much as we love animals, this is a no-animal rental. Our family also uses the home, and our autistic son has medical life-threatening allergies to all animals, including hypoallergenic breeds. For health and undue hardship reasons, animals are not permitted. Due to this living arrangement and documented exemptions under Airbnb’s Accessibility Policy, we are unable to accommodate Service Animals or Emotional Support Animals at this listing.
