Your waterfront home offers a relaxing retreat w/ lagoon views & a spacious outdoor area. Sip cocktails at the Tiki bar, BBQ w/ family, or cast a line right off the private dock—perfect for fishing & crabbing. Float the day away in the large private pool or soak up sunsets from the dock. Inside, enjoy our themed rooms designed to add a splash of fun to your stay. Our stocked kitchen has everything you need. Includes 8LBI beach passes to make your beach days easy. Bring your boat or water toys! The space Some bedrooms offer direct access to the yard, a deck with a Tiki bar, and steps leading to the pool. Enjoy two spacious lounge areas. Just minutes from casinos, water parks, and beaches! We continuously update the space for our guests’ comfort. The backyard is regularly treated to stay mosquito-free. Blankets, towels, and linens provided. LBI is a 20–25 min drive, AC 25–35 min, and a bay beach is just a few blocks away! (Up to 3 extra guests (max 15) allowed with 5th bedroom add-on—ask for rates!). All bookings require agreement to house rules. Guest access You’ll have full access to the entire home, yard, pool, dock, and driveway during your stay. The only exception is the garage, which is not available for guest use. Other things to note We suggest bringing your personal comforts for preference however we may provide basic essentials for your stay, including linens, towels, and some toiletries. You may also find fishing poles, games, and pool toys available for use when available . A limited selection of life jackets is provided; however, for safety and comfort, we recommend bringing your own if a precise fit is needed. A baby pack-and-play may be available. We may occasionally stock various items such as coffee, sun screen, toiletries, and insect repellent for guest use. If you have allergies or specific preferences, we recommend bringing your own supplies. The pool is professionally serviced weekly, and the outdoor area is regularly treated for insects. Pool Information: The pool is open seasonally from mid May to late September (longer if the weather is good). Pool is not heated. We are available 24/7 to ensure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. If you plan to bring a watercraft, please let us know in advance. The property has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 12 guests. We can accommodate up to 15 guests total with prior approval and an additional nightly fee. We have the optional Additional 5th bedroom available at an extended rate. Message for info if interested. Please Note: • No third-party bookings. • All guests must be 26 or older to book and no large groups of 28 and younger allowed. • No parties are allowed. If you’re planning a gathering or event, contact us in advance for approval and event rates. Pet Policy: While we love animals, we have a strict no-pet policy due to our autistic son’s severe, life-threatening allergies—even to hypoallergenic breeds. Unfortunately, due to past abuse of exception policies, we strictly enforce this rule (as confirmed with Airbnb). We kindly ask that guests traveling with pets seek alternative accommodations.
