Welcome to our cozy home. Our place blends historic charm with modern comfort. Enjoy a large, fenced yard with a grill, fire pit, and deck to relax. Inside, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen and a dining room. We offer three bedrooms with comfortable mattresses and soft bedding. The living room has a big TV with cable and streaming apps, plus high-speed Wi-Fi. Families with dogs are warmly welcomed. The first floor has a bedroom with a trundle bed that sleeps two, and upstairs are two more bedrooms—one with a queen bed and the other with a king. We've stocked extra linens and comforters for your comfort. Our home has two bathrooms: a walk-in shower on the first floor and a bathtub on the second. We provide all the essentials: towels, soap, shampoo, a hairdryer, and a straightener. Our kitchen is stocked for cooking and baking adventures. We have a Keurig and Mr. Coffee, K-cups, and ground coffee. We have fast WiFi and two TVs, each with cable and access to streaming services. You’ll find a washer and dryer in the basement and plenty of detergent and dryer sheets. Outside, enjoy the deck with a gas grill and patio furniture, or sit by the fire pit with Adirondack chairs and a dining table. If you're traveling with a dog, they can come and go as they please through a doggie door leading to the fenced yard. Our house is in a residential area. You'll need a car to reach shops and restaurants. We are 2.5 miles from the exit off Route 95. The 128 Train Station to Boston is 3.5 miles away, and the Endicott Train stop is just 1 mile from our home. We’re here to ensure your stay is relaxing and you have everything you need. Welcome home! Guest access Guests access the house with a keypad entry. Other things to note Smoking is strictly prohibited inside or anywhere on our property. We are highly sensitive to smoke odors and need to maintain a smoke-free environment, especially on bedding or furniture. A $250 fine will be enforced for violations. Please keep in mind that we reside in the house when it's not rented. Additionally, we have two dogs. While we ensure the house is impeccably cleaned for your arrival, it's important to be aware, particularly if you have allergies.
