Relaxing Beach Home, Renovated w/a Spacious Yard

Come enjoy our newly renovated beach house! Sit on the adirondack chairs on the front porch and read a book or BBQ on the back deck. The 1st floor consists of the kitchen, living room, half bath, and laundry. Our large backyard has a grill, outdoor shower, fire pit and plenty of room for fun. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms w/balconies and a full bathroom (w/bathtub). We have a long driveway and an easy 10 min walk to the beach. We hope you will enjoy our beach house with a 5-star experience! The space Large backyard with a deck, outdoor shower, fire pit and a grill, two balconies and a front porch perfect for reading a book and relaxing. Guest access Guests will have access to all space with the exception of one master bedroom closet (there are two others) and the shed. Beach chairs are available in a mini shed. Other things to note ****NOTE: We do not offer linens and towels. Based upon a thorough review of our cleaning policies / protocol in partnership with our cleaning service, linens and towels provide the highest risk of cross-contamination. The health and safety of ourselves and our guest is of our highest priority. If you are unable to bring your own linens and towels, we highly recommend ordering them from Coast Linen Services. This company offers outstanding service and will drop off / pick up your linens / towels at the door. We have personally used them with no issue.**** Our neighbors are full-time residents. It is extremely important that our guests are respectful and are considerate regarding noise levels. There is one staircase in the home between the first and second floor. The second floor is where the bedrooms reside. Only guests over the age of 25 years old unless child accompanied by caregiver. Beach passes are not included.
