There is also an adjacent Lot which can be used for additional parking etc. The space The family who rents this single-family home has private access to all areas including the fence enclosed yard, enclosed outdoor shower, and the adjacent 50 x 112’ property for parking and additional entertaining. This beach house is located just one block south of Wildwood and just a block away from the beach and the world-famous Wildwood boardwalk FAMILIES AND/OR OVER 25 ONLY - No Exceptions! Welcome to “ISLAND PARADISE”. Take fun to a higher level during your stay at this beautiful, spacious five bedroom beach house. Once you step through the doors, your vacation home will provide you with a restful retreat and many wonderful memories. Located right in the heart of Wildwood Crest, the beach and boardwalk are only one block away. There are plenty of shops and sights of the Crest to keep you entertained for your stay. The Crest pier is two blocks down and the area offers fishing, boating, crabbing, shopping as well as miniature golf and the World Famous Wildwood Boardwalk with amusement piers and water parks. An oasis for children and adults of all ages! The home has five nice size bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is also a large living room and full-size kitchen and dining room. The beach house also has central air conditioning and a fully enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold running water. There is a very large outdoor space with full-size barbecue grill and plenty of parking for large families. The empty lot next to the property is also part of this property and may be used for additional parking or for additional space to spread out.
