A Sonos entertainment system is found on the first floor. The kitchen opens to a large living room with fireplace. The dining room overlooks the manicured rear lawn, outdoor luxury heated pool and opens from the kitchen. There is a first floor guest suite off the living room that can easily accommodate two patrons with a full size bed. The master suite w/vaulted ceiling has a luxurious king size bed with an attached designer marble bathroom. Two additional guest suites one with a full size bed and one with a queen size bed are located on the second floor. A third upstairs room features a bunk bed with a pair of twin size beds. A linen closet will provide all the necessary sleeping essentials. Outside backyard has a very well maintained landscape fenced in to watch the children play either from the first floor paver patio or from the upstairs open deck with gas Weber grill. A 14x28 rectangular luxury heated pool complements the rear yard. Beach chairs, beach badges, children's beach and household toys, and boogie boards are all available during your stay. Property address is 155 Osborne Avenue in Bay Head, NJ. Cleaning fee is per week, includes entire home cleaning and weekly pool maintenance during the Summer months. Saturdays are the preferred check-in/out days. Please message to discuss longer or shorter term stays. Guest access The entire house and all amenities are available for guest use including outdoor pool.
