This 1695 square foot home is the perfect fit for family, friends, and out of town business workers to enjoy the amenities of home. Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable stay in this newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. The 1st floor bedroom with it's queen size bed opens up to the backyard deck. Both bedrooms on the 2nd floor have queen size beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities for cooking at home. New washer and dryer in the basement along with a 2nd bathroom w/ shower. The space Enjoy quiet evenings in the spacious living room with a large flat screen TV or nestled up reading a relaxing book. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities for cooking at home. The kitchen table seats 6. The backyard deck allows for time to relax while cooking on the outside barbeque, weather permitting. I am very happy to offer Extended Stay Accommodations. As well as offering an extended stay rate based on the amount of days needed. At the time of requesting your extended stay of 7 days or longer please state to me the amount that you feel your company will allow for housing. I will do my very best to consider your request. Please do not park across the street as it is no parking. You may be ticketed. We would like our guest to not park in front of neighbors home's. During snow removal times. All vehicles must be off the streets!
