Other things to note Private Parking If you travel by car and need private parking, there is a daily fee of $15 dollars that must be paid before checkout through the website or cash. Parking spaces at the complex are private, for that reason you must contact me to arrange a spot if possible 24 hours in advance (Spaces are limited). If you decide to park on the street: Municipality requires a daily permit ($10 dollars). Machine is located at 22nd St and Kennedy Blvd (Next to Dunkin Donuts). ****WARNING**** Do not park in any private parking space inside property (including back lots), prior arrangements must be made.
