In 20 minutes you can be enjoying all that NYC has to offer & then come back for a sauna & steam. Great small reunion/intimate party space! The space The carriage house was built in 1887 and renovated in 2000. It has been a retreat for my now grown kids, friends, and family. Now I am offering it to YOU to enjoy! Guest access You will have access to the pool (open & heated from mid May till mid September), year round secluded hot tub, outdoor tables/seating, lounge chairs, secluded zen shower (mid April - mid Nov), basketball court, sauna, steam room, pool /ping pong table, kitchen, gourmet grill, natural gas & wood burning fire pits, washing machine & dryer, trampoline Other things to note *I live in the main house which is on the same property (about 60 feet away) In the summer I will swim either very early or very late so you will have privacy. *I have 3 dogs & I also dog sit so I will have additional dogs. The dogs are usually out till 10 am. If you are not a dog lover we will coordinate so the dogs are out some time in the afternoon when you are planning to be inside or are away for a bit... *$100 for 1 dog, $50 for additional dogs per stay *to make the kitchen KOSHER there is a $200 fee (meat/dairy utensils/dishes/pots/pans will be provided/urn/blech/2 separate sinks) This can only be done by Lisa so please check her schedule to see if kashering will be an option for your stay. *extra fee for small parties / gatherings (usually $30 per additional person) *extra fee for larger events / no tents allowed *space for 10 people to sleep in beds, 5 extra mattresses are stored under the beds and there is bedding for the couches plus 1 pack & play *the rate shown is for 8 guests. there will be a $30 fee added per additional guest per night. *the pool is open from mid May to mid September *fire pits are available year round *1 hot tub year round
