Includes fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room (with pull out sofa), two bedrooms each with one queen bed, two full baths & laundry room. The space Family friendly 1,200 s.f. unit has a living room with propane fireplace. After a hard day touring you can relax in the recliner, sofa (w/sofa bed) or chair with ottoman. Kitchen is complete with full size appliances including side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with water/ice dispenser, flat cooktop and range, over the range microwave and dishwasher. Coffee maker, toaster and all dishware also included. Dining room table seats 6. There are two barstools at a small bar for additional seating. Master bedroom has queen sized bed and on suite bath with glass enclosed shower (hairdryers supplied). Second bath has tub/shower combo. Second bedroom has one queen bed. Bedrooms are equipped with closet space and televisions. Private laundry room has oversize washer/dryer with iron and ironing board. All bedding and bath towels provided. Port-a-crib, highchair, swing and stroller available upon request. Please note the 1/2 wall around the basement stairwell. Children should be supervised. Conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, gift shops and grocery store. Happy to accommodate special requests. Three night minimum (unless opening in calendar is fewer nights). All guests welcome. Guests are required to sign a contract prior to their stay. Guest access Home offers two off-street parking spaces in driveway. Back patio is shaded by a large wooden pergola. Patio has a wooden glider, two chairs and small table, and bbq grill. Beautifully landscaped with mountain views. Other things to note Please be aware of your surroundings. Gardiner is home to many wild animals. As seen in the photos, our yard is often times full of elk or deer. Please use the bear proof can provided for garbage.
