Located less than 5 min from Bozeman on 10 acres with unprecedented views of the Bridger Mountains. Enjoy the serenity of being in the country but only minutes away from town and 10 min from the Airport. Our rates include 3 guests to accommodate for smaller groups with a $20 per person per night charge for additional guests up to 8 maximum. We often have deer, pheasants, turkeys, and abundance of birds. We also have horses on the property that are extremely kid friendly. Amazing views!! The space VIRTUAL WALKTHROUGH visit of just the upstairs: my.matterport"DOTCOM"/show/?m=UfXuchqw6yX Our guest house has a full kitchen, extremely comfortable living room with recliner & big screen TV, laundry facilities, soft towels and linens, private walkout decks, luxurious master bedroom with private balcony, a separate living quarters downstairs that is accessed through the garage with a very comfortable queen bed, 2 pull-out twin beds with comfortable toppers, an additional queen airbed with topper is available upon request, lounger chair next to a gas fireplace along with a game area (e.g. Foosball, shuffleboard, checkers, etc.) with a 1/2 bathroom, and mini-frig/counter space, and a heated garage to park in. Wake up to a nice espresso or tea. This year around facility is excellent for skiers/snowboarders as well as those families who need a destination any time of the year. Our guest house is extremely clean and we have pillow/mattress protectors that are cleaned/sanitized between every stay. We are very conscientiousness of people's safety and health. Our place is ideal for the single person or a larger group. Our rates include 3 guests and we charge an additional $20 per guest per night for additional guests up to a maximum of 8. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home including heated garage. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the yard, pasture area for petting horses and playing lawn games and relaxing.
