The space This house is for 6 or fewer guests (3 private BRs each with a queen, plus back room also has a twin; we have 1 love seat roll out futon for kids plus a pack and play crib. (Translation: NO MORE than 6 adults please, although 2 small children can create a max of 8). NO PETS. NO EXCEPTIONS. Feel like you are at home: we provide clean linens and towels, outdoor charcoal grill, fully equipped kitchen/cooking tools, full sized: oven/stove, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer; one high chair, beach chairs, deck seating and dining, towels and toys, videos, games, puzzles, books, high speed Comcast wifi, premium cable TV. We provide a "starter pack" of 1 roll of paper towels, 4 rolls of toilet tissue, 1 sponge, 1 liquid dish soap, 3 dishwasher soap tabs, 3 laundry soap tabs. Guest access Enjoy the whole house, private shady backyard with deck, chaise loungers and picnic table; front deck is overlooking the bay, 2-3 (max 3) car driveway parking, (please do not park on the back lawn) and private membership access to neighborhood tidal sandy beach steps from the door. Other things to note Only full 1-3 week rentals in June , July, August. (Saturday to Saturday). Owner Cancellations supercede AirBNB: guests must cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival, or no refund will be provided. Owner will not provide refunds due to acts of nature or medical emergencies, but will provide a future stay based on availability for either situation. NO smoking in, around or on premises or security deposit will be revoked. Please leave the house, yard and beach as you find it. Please remove shoes and sand before going indoors to prevent floor damage.
