We're excited to share this beautifully updated, disability-friendly beach house! We take much pride in providing an incredible experience to our guests and are always responsive! Only 312 feet from (Covell’s) Craigville Beach in Centerville, just minutes from iconic Hyannis, this house is newly and beautifully renovated and updated. 4 bedrooms (3 queen: one has ensuite bathroom), and one bedroom that sleeps 4 (twin/queen bunk and an extra twin trundle), 3 bathrooms, as well as an outdoor shower. People with a disability, of any kind, will find the house accessible with 2 bedrooms that have 36 inch entries as well as plenty of walk/wheel space throughout common areas. No stairs to get in the front door, or in living space. The bathroom off the living room is ADA compliant with a ‘roll-in’ shower and shower bench available. Updated kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, keurig, washer and dryer. All common areas, except kitchen, have 11-foot expansive ceilings. Central air conditioning is included for your ultimate comfort, on those few days that the beach breeze is still. You will find 2 gas fireplaces (one in living room and one in dining room). Additionally, we have 2 HD televisions with expanded cable & streaming services (Netflix, Disney+, ESPN+, Hulu, Amazon Prime, HBO Max). High speed WiFi and WiFi-Printer also available for your use. Gas grill and fire pit outside. Two beautiful patios: one for relaxing in front of fire pit and one for dining. Both the grill and the fire pit are connected to the house-gas-line, so no need to worry about running out of propane! Limited water views: Did I mention it was across the street from Covell's Beach Parking (less crowded portion of Craigville Beach). It is also on a herring run with plenty of seasonal wildflowers throughout the yard, providing a natural habitat for your viewing pleasure. Butterflies and bunnies included. All beach chairs, cart, beach towels, and beach toys are available for use. You will find parking for up to 5 cars! *Well-trained pets are welcome. There is a $100 pet fee that will be due prior to your arrival. The cleaning fee is an actual cost to us: While it may seem high at first glance, keep in mind that our cleaners are doing enhanced cleaning for 4 bedrooms, 3 common areas, 3 bathrooms. We pay our cleaners a living wage and with COVID19 enhanced cleaning they spend a long time, following strict protocols for your (and their) safety. After they have completed, we re-sanitize common touch areas. We send all towels, sheets, mattress pads, duvet covers, pillow protectors, and extra blankets that are used to a professional laundry facility for extra cleaning protection.
