Situated across eight acres, the original farmstead includes the central farmhouse, a renovated barn, animal stables, multiple cabins, and the blacksmithing studio. The barn features a fully equipped commercial kitchen with a 6 burner Viking stove and oven, a central kitchen island and wood block countertops. For accommodations, the barn features two private bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms, and an additional semi-private bedroom within the historic stables. The large living room is complete with a wood burning stove and includes laundry facilities. There are two adjoining decks perfect for casual outdoor dining and grilling as well as meditative reading whilst listening to the rushing sound of Kitchen Brook--the beautiful trout stocked brook on the property. Enjoy evenings with sausages and s’mores around the outdoor fire pit or yoga overlooking the creek. Perfect for memorable summer vacations, fall foliage, and winter skiing. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire property excluding the owners farmhouse and adjoining studio.
