ARRIVE & DEPART ANY DAY: Charming Lambert’s Cove home with three bedrooms, two baths, outdoor shower, and greenhouse. Tucked away on 2 private wooded acres with landscaped gardens and a stone wall backing on a forested conservation area. All-new (2024) kitchen and bathrooms, central AC, two cable TV’s, washer/dryer, outdoor gas grill, season pass to nearby Lambert’s Cove Beach, and Ice House Pond a 10-minute walk. Enormous screened porch, deck, library/office, free WiFi, and home gym/TV room. The space The house is located on 2.1 private acres in a private, rural section of West Tisbury. It's a short, beautiful walk, bike ride, or drive to Lambert's Cove, a private town beach to which our guests get a season pass, and a 10-minute walk to Ice House Pond. Beautiful landscaped gardens, greenhouse, and woodlands surround the house, with stone walls backing on a conservation area. We have bird feeders which we keep full year round, and so are very popular with a wide range of birds! Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and all 2.1 acres of our property. Other things to note A UPS Store, the West Tisbury Post Office, and a Fed Ex dropbox are a five-minute drive; the Vineyard Haven Post Office is a 10-minute drive. UPS and Fed Ex deliver and pick up from the house; the Postal Service does not. You can arrange (by phone, not on their web sites) for delivery of the Boston Globe, The New York Times, and the Wall Street Journal.
