Newly renovated over the past few years, the look is updated and warm, with all the amenities you'll need for a home away from home. The space Whether you are headed to the beaches, wineries, or shopping areas, coming back to this house is a huge bonus, as it is a vacation in itself. The house has a family room that looks out onto the pool and includes a wood burning fireplace, a large kitchen, dining room, living room, and powder room downstairs, and 4 bedrooms and two full baths upstairs. Outside features include a large, 20' x 40' in-ground pool, a large screened-in back porch with comfortable outdoor furniture, a bbq grill, and picnic table and benches. Sheets and towels are provided, and towels must be washed prior to departure, or you may bring your own. The house is located just a mile from the center of Cape May Court House, making grocery shopping and getting to great local restaurants easy. It is less than 6 miles to the beach and downtown Stone Harbor, and 1 mile to the Garden State Parkway, giving easy access to surrounding towns and beaches. It is 12 miles to the heart of Cape May, and 20 miles to Ocean City. Guest access The house is entirely yours for the week. There will be pool and yard maintenance people stopping by during the week. Other things to note With regard to group (non-family) rentals, every guest must be over 25 years old, unless prior approval from owner is given.
