This unit has two bedrooms, the master has a memory-foam king-size bed and the other bedroom has a queen-size bed. Step out on the patio and enjoy the view of the city. It is a contemporary style unit. This unit boasts a 5-foot walk-in tiled shower off the master bedroom & a hot tub on the deck! Guests will receive a code for the exterior door. The door to the City View has a remote lock with a unique code only valid during the guests stay. This code is sent to the guest prior to arrival. Check in is at 4p.m. and check out is at 11a.m.. Off street parking is available for 2 cars. Feel free to message, text or call if you have any questions or problems during your stay. The Drake House is a block away from the Millwork district complete with the areas best restaurants and quaint shops. Guests can walk to the Millwork District for restaurants, bars and shopping. The Dubuque Farmer's Market is also a short walk away on Saturday mornings May - October. Other local attractions are a short drive away. Off street parking is available for 2 cars. Charlotte's Coffee House is on the ground floor, making breakfast, lunch or an afternoon snack quick and delicious. We offer two complimentary drinks to our guests to enjoy.
