There are six bedrooms - the master br has a two with king-sized bed with a gorgeous bathroom. there are two ground floor bedrooms and a full bathroom. The bedrooms have full floor to ceiling sliding glass doors overlooking a pond., One of the ground floor bedrooms has a king size bed and the other has a double bed with a twin bed on top. There is a separate entrance (inside the house) to a second master bedroom above the garage complete with ensuite bathroom, an available full size crib and rollaway bed It also has a wide screen TV & ample additional seating space. The second floor has two bedrooms and a full bath - one bedroom has a queen size bed and the other has 4 bunk beds The property is an amazing place for families, for family reunions, celebrating a family wedding, for girl's weekends, and it can be a terrific business meeting location. You won't be disappointed with the amenities - PLACES TO GATHER - there are 5 separate locations to gather on the first floor -- the outdoor wraparound porch with seating and table, the 12 seat dining room table, the television area with two couches, a separate seating area close to the dining room and of course an excellent kitchen with counter stools is the final place to gather. CLOSE TO THE BEACH – you can choose to walk to the white sugary sands of Craigsville beach or drive the ½ mile and park for free with our provided parking permit that is good for any beach or lake in Barnstable. POOL -- when you get home from the ocean, take a dip in the pool and use the outdoor shower to refresh yourself. FAST INTERNET / FLAT SCREENS – We have a 400 Mbs service – 4 flat screens with all streaming services including Netflix, Amazon, and Hulu. Plus over a 100 channels to select from. And there is an office on the second floor of the windmill' KITCHEN - You will find a very well equipped kitchen with all the essentials - starting with a coffee machine / unlimited number of filters, 4 slice toaster, 5 burner high end gas stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator. There are utensils galore and all the pots and pans you need to feed your group. KITCHEN SUPPLIES -- We as owners come here to enjoy the house and love a well stocked kitchen - you are welcome to use any condiments, flour, sugar, etc, rather than having to fuss with the extra expense and bother of purchasing them on your own. We will have all the necessary ingredients to make pancakes (except dairy) - flour, sugar, vanilla, etc. There will also be a number of spices, olive oil and other basics for your cooking. PAPER SUPPLIES / LAUNDRY – some vacation homes limit your supplies – we are generous to a fault with paper towels, toilet tissue and detergent for the washer and dryer. On the second floor of the windmill, there is an office. Take the winding staircases up to the fourth level and it leads you to a fairy tale tower with panoramic views of Cape Cod and Nantucket Sound. While you need to be careful coming down the stairs after you have a cocktail, your memories of your stay will linger for years to come. Use the expansive yard and ROPE SWING. The LANDSCAPING is gorgeous, the lily pond is a delight to view and you can just relax in many secluded places inside the home, the wraparound outdoor porch that overlooks the lily pond or the new pool area with ample seating. Always available by text and phone. Our home is on the original Fernbrook estate which was landscaped by Frederick Law Olmstead - who is known as the father of American landscaping. There are a couple of notable things to mention: there is a gorgeous pond (that oddly does not produce insects) that can be viewed from our porch and tower. To boast a little - the view is akin to Monet's paintings of the water lilies. There is also a rose garden in the shape of a heart as well as beautiful planings in the front and rear of the home. The home is in the town center (not commercial center) of this quaint Cape Cod town. There is a modern children's playground within 300 yards of our home. Other nearby walkable locations include the Centerville Historical Museum, the Centerville library, a delightful country store and one of the most popular ice cream stands on the Cape - Four Seas ice cream. The beach is a 12 minute walk down a delightful street. Stores and restaurants are nearby -- less than a 5 minute car ride.
