All the rooms have ocean views, high ceilings, fans and closets. The kitchen features new appliances, granite countertops, ice maker in the freezer and basic cooking supplies. The covered and screened in Lanai is a great place to relax and also enjoy meals together at the huge wood slab table. Outside our guests will enjoy the beautiful surroundings of fruit trees, flowers, occasional stream and spacious mowed grass. . Usually there is some fruit growing our guests can enjoy. Guest access The house is open to guests. Downstairs is a garage and storage where guests are prohibited. Other things to note Seasonal fruit on the trees are available for guests to enjoy **Quiet hours from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., during which time the noise from the short-term rental home shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors.
