This cozy and spacious room is located in a home that sits on a quiet, suburban street. We are conveniently located 5 minutes from Rutgers University, 40 minutes from NYC, and 40 minutes from the Jersey Shore. Must have a car or take public transportation. If you choose to take public transportation, NJ Transit buses 815/818 are stationed 2 blocks away. They will have access to a full size bathroom that is located next to their bedroom as well as a half size bathroom on the main floor. - Guests will also have access to a family room, that will be shared with other guests (if applicable), which contains a TV, mini-fridge, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, and a microwave. During your stay I will stay out of your way unless you need something. I am always available via text/phone call and I do my best to respond in a prompt manner. Other things to note -We have a dog and sometimes two when my sister’s dog visits. Please note that they stay on my parents’ side of the home and do not interact with guests. However, as dogs do, they occasionally bark. If this may be uncomfortable for you, please consider other accommodations. -There are 1.5 BATHROOMS and they ARE SHARED with other guests when applicable - Each guest will receive a room key as well as a door code. -street parking available directly in front of the house. -This is one of 3 rooms on AirBNB (They are all located in the same quarters) -Laundry is unavailable - THIS ROOM IS FOR ONE GUEST.
