Charming Large Family Home Near Smith and Downtown

Come stay at our charming classic New England style house built in the 1860s. Only a 5 minute drive to downtown and Smith College. This spacious 2700 square foot, 4-bedroom home is ideal for families and large groups. The space Large eat-in kitchen with a high end stove and oven great for cooking for groups. Dining room, playroom (can be converted to a guest room), and a living room with large TV equipped with Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO Go, and local channels. A separated office if you need quiet/work time which can also be converted to a guest room. We also have a large yard with a patch of woods in the back for you to enjoy. Upstairs, the master has a king size bed, guest room has queen and a small TV with Roku. There are two kids rooms, one with a crib and one with a kid’s bed. Both or either can have an air mattress for adult guests. There is a bathroom on each floor.
