Welcome to our spacious shore retreat! Make yourself at home with generous sized bedrooms including 2 master suites and huge third floor/ 4th BR hang out space! Sip your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail on one of 4 decks watching the boats go by, take in the fireworks, explore the Fishermans cove preserve across the street, paddle through the lagoon (2 kayaks and a paddle board on site) or simply hang at the beach. Our home allows you to comfortably do it all with a large family. We have everything that you will need for your vacation, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, coolers etc Fully equipped kitchen with all cooking essentials, spices, olive oil, ketchup, mustard etc. There is also an outside grill on the back deck as well as wifi and central A/C 2 Kayaks and Paddle boards are available for guests as well as life jackets. Washer and dryer on the second floor and three smart tv's located on the first floor second and third floor. Multi week rentals welcome and will be discounted. Please message me *Please note we do not allow guests to bring their pets however we the owners do have two light shed golden doodles that are at the home from time to time. Anyone with severe allergies to pets should note this. I will be available by phone/text for any questions. .Manasquan is a quiet town at the Jersey Shore. There is a cute Main Street with tons of restaurants and shops. The beach is super clean and wins Top 10 best beaches in NJ EVERY YEAR. There are pretty wetlands across the street. Wake up to the site of beautiful birds. There are usually fireworks every Thursday that can be seen from the front balcony, or a short walk to the beach. Manasquan is a 5 minute drive to Point Pleasant which has a fabulous boardwalk with restaurants and rides/games for the kids. Just a few blocks away (toward the beach) are coffee and pizza shops along with a deli. Head over to the inlet area to to watch the boats and enjoy a casual breakfast on the water. Public transportation (NJ Coast line train) is 5 minutes away. We only rent to families that include adults 28+ The home is most suitable for up to 6 adults & children.
