Cedar Falls retreat near UNI - Entire Main Level

This newly updated main floor space offers 1,800 square feet of space to enjoy. Bring your family, or your professional work team, and enjoy the privacy of 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a half bath and laundry area right off the well equipped kitchen. The family friendly neighborhood offers easy access to walking and bike trails. Coming on a work trip? Our wifi is fast and reliable. The deck area offers chairs to relax and a grill. The space requires navigating three steps up to the porch. The space This private space is the entire main floor. (The lower level of the house is used as a separate private unit with a separate entrance.) This space includes a large kitchen with a dining area and a large living room. The living room and the main bathroom each have a large screen smart TV. The three bedrooms each have a queen bed, extra blankets and a sound machine. The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. We provide one additional twin airbed if needed. Guests will need to plan sleeping arrangements in these provided spaces and beds only. The main bathroom has a tub/shower and plenty of extra towels! Guest access Guests have access to alll spaces on the main floor and the front and side yard. The deck furniture and grill bikes and yard games are available seasonally (normally May -October) The garage is our private storage area and not included in the guest space. However, during bike and yard games season, we clearly label what is there for guest use in the garage area! Other things to note The grill, patio furniture, and bikes are available seasonally. We always want our guests to be comfortable! Our HVAC system includes an air purifier, humidifier as well as the heating and cooling. Some of these features require preceise settings so we control the thermostat remotely. We are very responsive to your requests for warmer or cooler within a range which is suggested by the technicians. We can't accomodate extreme settings (such as AC at 66 degrees), so if you need that for your comfort, we might not be a good match for you!
