(Downstairs Unit) The space Our property consists of two separate private living units (Upstairs and Downstairs). This listing is for the entire bottom/DOWNSTAIRS unit. This unit can sleep up to 10 people. If more space is needed, two more guests can be accommodated in the living-room area on a “full-size” sofa-bed for an extra fee. The DOWNSTAIRS set-up is comprised of 4 bedrooms (One with a King-size bed, one with a Queen, and two identical rooms with a Full+Twin bunk bed set ups each), 3 full private bathrooms (two indoor and one outdoor bathroom located under our roofed patio), a full private kitchen (fridge, electric stove, dish washer, toaster, blender, stovetop kettle, air fryer, cooking pans, silverware, coffee maker, dishes, and cups). A shared laundry room is available with designated washing days for guests (Samsung washer and dryer), and a shared back yard with a 4-burner gas and propane charcoal grill, and a small play gym for the kids. Additionally, two designated parking spaces are provided under the carport. "This property may not be rented for less than 30 consecutive days.
