Hawaiian Paradise just steps from the beach! Located in Ma’ili County, a seaside town away from all of Honolulu’s hustle and bustle. Close to the island’s best secluded beaches and natural attractions such as the famous mermaid caves, electric beach, Disney’s Aulani resort, Pokai Bay, Ma’ili Pink Pillbox Hike, Waianae range mountains, and more. On the weekends, locals celebrate with fireworks that can be seen from our lanai. If you want to experience Hawaii as a local, our place is for you. Our property consists of two separate private living units (top and bottom) with our current primary residence being the top floor unit. Available for guests is the entire bottom unit, which can sleep up to 10 people (if more space is needed, two more guests can be accommodated in the living-room on a “full-size” futon for an extra fee.). It consists of 4 bedrooms (One with a King bed, one with a Queen, and two identical rooms with a Full+Twin bunk bed set ups each), 3 full private bathrooms (two indoor and one outdoor bathroom located under our roofed patio), a full private kitchen (fridge, electric stove, dish washer, toaster, blender, stovetop kettle, cooking pans, silverware, dishes, and cups), a shared laundry room available for guests (Samsung washer and dryer), and a shared back yard with a 4-burner gas and propane charcoal grill, and a small play gym for the kids. Additionally, two parking spaces will be provided under the carport for guests. "This property may not be rented for less than 30 consecutive days. Rental prices will not be reduced or adiusted based on the number of days the rental is actually used or occupied." We are a friendly family of four and will be on property or nearby if our guests need anything or have questions. The best way to get around on the island is to rent a car. We will provide up to two parking spaces on our property. We live on the top floor so there will be some possible noise. Also, there are fireworks every weekend on the beach. If you are sensitive to loud noises and/or sounds, our place may not be for you. Thanks!
