Home in Ventnor City

Welcome to my totally remodeled beach house. I've spend the past 8 months improving what was a turn key house that I bought in late 2018. I remodeled that house to what I thought I would enjoy in and home and I hope you will too. The space Our beautiful Ventnor Heights beach house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, central air conditioning, 4 flat screen TV's, 2 WiFi TV's, Apple TV, also cable, high speed internet with WiFi and a washer & dryer. Our home includes two car parking and plenty of free street parking, is located within steps to the bay and is a quick walk to the beach. As you walk through the front door, you will enter a 15 x 38 kitchen and dining room. Down two steps you will find a large living room with a sliding glass door that leads out to a large 14 x 20 trek deck with a sectional, love seat and chairs. On the patio you will find a table and two chaise lounges and a propane gas grill. There is a shed out back with: - three bikes - big tire wagon - two beach chairs - two kayaks - various other items available Can Jam, hammock bocce ball, tiki torches, Note: The garage will remain off limits as a vehicle is stored in there. Guest access The entire house is accessible to guests minus the garage and attic. Other things to note Distance to closest beach access: .87 = 13 minutes walk Distance to Hard Rock Casino: 4.4 miles = 15 minute car ride.
