There are ceiling fans in every room, and most guest are perfectly comfortable at this setting. There will be a $35 fee for early check in and/or late check out requests Up to 2 small to medium dogs (up to 25 lbs) are allowed with a $100 non refundable pet deposit per pet, and provided they are house trained, are on a flea preventative and can be kenneled when left in the space alone. If your pet is not used to being kenneled or does not like being kenneled, and/or is disruptive while in the space you will either be asked to leave the space, no refund given, or you will have to find other accommodations for your pet. There will be a $350 non-refundable pet fee. If you are caught with a pet on site that we were not told about your reservation will be immediately terminated and you will not receive a refund of any fees paid.
