This modern, spacious and cozy home was completely renovated at the end of 2022, thoughtfully designed for our family and guests when they visit. It is conveniently located close to popular spots such as Salem, North Shore and Boston (right off route 1 and highway 95). Grocery store, pharmacy, dry cleaners and other amenities are just down the road. In a quiet and friendly neighborhood. We open it up for Airbnb guests seasonally. We look forward to hosting you! The space This space was designed with high-quality finishes to give our guests a truly comfortable home away from home. The high ceilings and spacious open-concept living area create an airy, welcoming feel. A stylish West Elm sofa easily converts into two twin beds, while the gray accent chair unfolds into an additional twin bed. Custom olive-green bookshelves feature a built-in workstation complete with a monitor, perfect for productivity. The Crate & Barrel dining set is ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or a quick bite. The kitchenette is well-equipped with a sink, full-size fridge/freezer, toaster, portable induction cooktop, air fryer, toaster, microwave, and Keurig Mini Plus. For larger meals, you’ll also have exclusive access to an outdoor grill. The full bathroom features a beautiful standing shower that guests rave about, along with a sink, shelving, and a LG washer and dryer that run quietly. The bedroom offers a queen bed with Casper mattress and a dresser for storage. To get you started, we provide complimentary coffee pods, tea bags, cream and sugar, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, and body wash. Fresh towels are neatly stocked on the bathroom shelves. Step outside to your private patio, complete with a seating set (two chairs and a table) and a Weber grill. You’re also welcome to enjoy the shared fire pit and backyard play structure. Please note: the backyard swimming pool and deck are not available for use. Guest access Guests may park up to two cars in the drive way facing the guest entrance. You will be given a code for the smart lock to enter the unit. Detailed check-in instructions will be available under your reservation 24 hours prior to arrival. Please read through the check-in and parking instruction to ensure an easy check-in process. Check-in time is 4PM to 12AM, if you arrive late at night, we do ask to be mindful of your noise as our neighbors would also appreciate a quiet night of rest. If you plan to arrive after mid-night please let us know. Guests have full access to the entire space. Small outdoor seating and Weber grill are for the guests exclusively. More seating, play structure in the backyard are to be shared with us. Other things to note We are a family of four who live upstairs and can be of assistance right away if needed. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. We are a laid-back family that enjoy spending time with each other, playing instruments and doing outdoor activities. We follow a daily routine schedule with school-aged kids. You may hear footsteps during regular hours but nothing that is above normal living noise. A white noise machine is provided for your comfort if you wish to use it. We provide a relaxing and comfortable space for our guests, not a place for parties or large gatherings.
