Billington Hideaway - Ocean Edge - 3 Bdrms 2 Baths

The perfect place for your family's beach getaway. Located in Brewster and centrally located to the entire Cape our condo is at the exclusive Ocean Edge Resort and Golf Club. It is beautifully decorated with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, fully equipped kitchen, W & D and WiFi. Updates include a new air conditioning system, some new floors, completely repainted with new furniture in the family room and dinning room. We have a private outdoor patio with a table, chairs and grill. The space The entire condo and outdoor patio is yours to use during your stay. The first floor of the unit has 1 large bedroom with a queen size bed, a full bath, fully equipped kitchen, dinning room and living room. The TV is equipped with streaming capability (You will need to use your own accounts). Sliding glass doors go out to the patio area. The second floor has the Master bedroom with a full bath and the second bedroom has two twin beds. All of the bedrooms are beautifully decorated creating a peaceful and relaxing place for your stay. Guest access It is a short walk to the Linx Tavern restaurant and very close to the back entrance of OE on Rt 137 meaning easy access to main roads in and out of town. There are plenty of local restaurants and place to visit in the surrounding area. Provincetown is a 40 minute drive through the beautiful towns of Wellfleet and Turo The bike and walking trails run through the property and therefore easy to access. Currently we do not have a club membership therefore there is no access to the resort amenities. Other things to note The house will have a guest book so please read through this for information on check out procedures, emergency numbers, restaurants recommendations (delivery, take out and eat-in), beach info, etc.
