Dear friends, There are two Hawaii taxes on the rental that will be added: City of Honolulu Transient accommodations tax of 13.25% + General excise tax of 4.712% . This tax is mandatory to all hotel and vacation rentals, charged separate from daily rate. We collect via Airbnb same credit card used to book room. Taxes are collected separately from Airbnb payment. Long term rental (30 day - 6 month+ lease) is preferred. Depending on dates, we consider discounted long term stays. Condo accommodates two persons with (1) Queen and (1) twin lounger; a fully equipped kitchenette , viewing (small) lanai. AC, linen, beach towels, free wifi, flat screen TV, a safe for valuables, basic cleaning supplies, some personal items stocked upon check in. This condo is on one of 2 private floors at Royal Garden Waikiki and separate from the Wyndham Royal Garden Hotel. Our Concierge for Guests is independent from hotel and on premises 24/7. AC in this condo is good at no lower than 72, and to save energy we ask you to close sliding lanai doors if you are running AC.
