The space There are Hawaii taxes on the rental: City and State "Travel Accommodations Tax of total 17.75% as of September 1, 2025. This tax is mandatory to all hotel and vacation rentals, charged separate from Airbnb total We collect via Airbnb same credit card used to book room or can accept cash. Taxes are collected after check in. Long term rental (30 day - 6 month+ lease) is preferred. We are open to special rates for long term Guests depending on time of year. Condo accommodates two persons with additional charge for 3rd person please enquire. (1) Queen and (1) twin lounger; a fully equipped kitchenette , viewing (small) lanai. AC, linen, beach towels, free wifi, flat screen TV, a safe for valuables, basic cleaning supplies, some personal amenities provided at check in. Our Guests are extended use of coinless washers and dryers at the Guest only private laundry room in hotel. Condo has digital key so with your personal code there's no key to lose. This is a private floor (19th). Note, only some personal toiletries and cleaning supplies provided. Additional supplies at Guestʻs discretion. Concierge at valet. Please read house rules for more details. Guest access Condo is located on the 19th floor, one of 3 private floors at Royal Garden Waikiki— separate from Wyndham Royal Garden Hotel. Our Concierge for Guests is independent from hotel and on premises 24/7 but available (3p-5a). Please check in at Security aka Concierge and they can assist you. Hawaii taxes are billed separately from Airbnb payment. We will provide this calculation and send you message. Laundry room (4th floor) is free to our Guests, open 24/7. Valet parking only. Daily hotel rate is $50. Credit cards accepted. Guests please check in with Security upon arrival to receive a key card allowing access to lobby restrooms and 4th floor gym and laundry room. No reservations needed for the sauna or gym. Sauna hours are 8am - 10pm. Gym hours are 6am - 11pm. Other things to note Items lost or damaged will be deducted from your Airbnb Security Deposit including the laundry room key. Lost card is a hotel $50 charge we pass on to Guests. Please leave the condo in same general condition as you checked in, no need to launder bedding or linen, of course we are at your service. But if excessive cleaning or damages are noted we must charge additionally. Local Tip: Please clean sand off before entering. Excessive sand and hair will clog shower drain, and you will be charged if a plumber is needed. AC in condo is controlled by remote, good at 74, to save energy. Please close sliding lanai doors when running AC and turn off when leaving for day. Please turn OFF lights and AC when leaving condo. Trash chute at end of hall, please dispose of food trash often. Please read the condo rules and if you need help wth wifi or questions as to using valet parking, Concierge services are located at Security Desk in lobby. Safe for valuables is in closet.
