Cozy safe place cross Hudson River from NYC. This room is strictly limited for one person only to limit traffic of shared bathroom. (three other guests will share if fully booked). Nothing fancy, but spend fraction of money to enjoy NYC. Room has full size bed and key lock Shared self maintenances kitchen. Be aware: NOT FIT for people with cleanliness fetishes! We have private bathroom units too. 2 and 1/2 blocks away from bus stop, 30 minutes $4.10 will bring you to center of NYC: Time Square The space 235 77th street, North Bergen, NJ 07047 120 years old house. Nothing fancy but cozy and safe. Easy commute to NYC with budget price. Guest access 2nd floor your private room 2A, shared kitchen, dining room and bathroom. Other things to note Please leave the towels inside your room. If you need to contact me, please through Airbnb message or text me. Do not call me please, because I’m traveling a lot. Quiet time is from 10pm to 7am, please do not use kitchen during that time. Thank you.
