Our unique home is conveniently situated close to routes 95 and 128. It is a great base camp for day-tripping to Boston or various points on the north shore (Salem, Beverly, Gloucester, etc.). There are numerous restaurants and stores of all types located nearby. Our house has historical significance and has been thoughtfully maintained. We will be happy to make suggestions based on your preferences. *If you need extra dates please do not hesitate to ask. The space Our home provides spacious and well-appointed spaces. For traveling families there is a play area in the basement with toys, books, games, etc. There is enough parking for 3 cars. We require advance notice of at least a week before sharing our home. Guest access The entire house will be accessible with the exception of locked closets containing our personal belongings. Other things to note This is our family home, and we hope to find respectful guests who will abide by our reasonable house rules while fully enjoying the house. Damaged items may incur a charge against the security deposit.
