We offer 4 basic bicycles, with additional available for rent a short distance away. Kayaking (we have two kayaks), stand-up paddleboarding, kite surfing and other activities are very popular on Lewis Bay and Nantucket Sound. Sailing lessons are available 0.4 mi away at the Yarmouth town dock and we can help you rent a sailboat if interested. For the cool months of the year a warm fireplace and cozy chairs lets you enjoy the Cape during the calmest, most restful time of the year. Right around the corner within walking or biking distance is the popular Keltic Kitchen, which is great for breakfast. We often get lobsters for parties at the house but you can find seafood standbys like Sam's and others open seasonally. The Cape Cod Rail Trail is worth biking at least once in your lifetime; it passes through cranberry bogs and by sandy beaches. You can even stop in a beautiful fresh water lake in the Nickerson State Park section. As you get closer to your arrival date, please reach out with your activity interests and I can help you more! Our neighbor, for example, is a kitesurfing instructor and can give lessons in nearby Dennis. Easy access to all nearby beaches within a few minutes by car There are a total of four bedrooms, including a large master (which can easily fit a crib, not provided), a bunk bed room and a third bedroom on the 2nd floor. Downstairs there is a room off of the living room that has a very comfortable futon mattress (queen size) and is fully curtained for privacy. During the day this room can act as a sun room as it receives plenty of sunshine in the summer!
