(2G)=Your place is on the 2nd floor and your color code is Green. Do Not include it to the address when you navigate to us. We have a beautiful victorian house built in 1858, owned by our family in 1911, big spaces and high ceilings are a blessing! You can stay here with your family and kids, we have a play room with some toys for fun, a living room, a bedroom and a private full bathroom with a pressure shower. Chelsea is a nice quiet place with a lot to offer. The space It's nice, clean and spacious, you will have privacy on that floor, we also live on property with our friendly dog Kai (she's a 2 year old rescue, medium size black dog with a blue eye :)) we like pets so let us know if you have a friend coming with you. Let us know if you are using a car, we will make sure to leave that spot designated for you during your stay, we only have space for one. We usually do after 4pm for check in and 10am check out. Let us know if it works. Part of our income goes to the Airbnb donation fund that is helping people across the world! Sorry we’re not offering personal washes during covid, only our items. We recommend you use the laundromat that’s 1 minute away from us. Guest access You will have access through the driveway NOT THE MAIN ENTRANCE, you can always use the front door after you go through the check in process, the check in instructions shows clear images and steps of how to access your space, let us know if you don’t see them we will send you a link. We try to make it easy, only keep in mind your space is labeled 2G, 2 is second floor, G is for Green, first you get your keys from the Green lockbox then follow the green arrows after you enter, SKIP FIRST 2 BROWN DOORS to the left and right, you go up a few “narrow” steps then you get to the 2nd floor, then follow the green arrows you will access apartment 2G in green to the left. We have light sensors in hallways so if you walk lights will go on, please do not turn the hallway lights off. Other things to note You have other guests in the building including ourselves. Please do not smoke inside the building. Please clean after you, be it common or private spaces. Please respect ALL guests. It's a no judgment zone. We try to keep our space politics-free. -If we are missing any items that are necessary to get for your current or future stay please let us know. -We are almost always available for communication. Usually we are out of reach between 2-6am. -Sometimes on weekends only especially in summer some of our neighbors play loud music but it usually stops in a decent hour. -We have cameras around the property and in common areas.
