Furnished with a touch of modernism, it features classy stainless steel kitchen equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, full-size fridge, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker. We've got you cover with everything – from dishes, glasses, mugs, utensils, cookware, pots and pans, bakeware, mixing bowls, knives, cutting board, and more – providing a complete kitchenware set for your convenience. Enjoy our Wifi, a California king bed, and a new AC in the bedrooms for added comfort. We've even included BBQ tools for your oceanfront backyard BBQ experience. To make your stay hassle-free, we provide a hair dryer, iron & ironing board, towels, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, and laundry detergent. Additionally, coolers, beach towels and chairs are available for your beachside relaxation. Our aim is for you to maximize your beach time without worrying about the essentials – a complete vacation package! Please note that we don't provide consumables like spices and oil due to insurance constraints, so kindly bring your own. For beach essentials, we adhere to sanitization rules and do not provide beach blankets, umbrellas, or snorkel gears. And for towels set, we provide 1 set (bath, face, hair) per guest and we can allow for new towels during the stay but at extra cleaning cost. If so please let us know beforehand. Guests will enjoy auto-check-in with a provided code for the digital door lock. Take advantage of the large pool and jacuzzi on-site, giving you the choice of a refreshing swim in the ocean across the street or a relaxing dip in the pool and jacuzzi. BBQ grills, as well as a spacious garden/grass area, are also at your disposal. Kihei is one of the larger towns in Maui. It also houses some of the best beaches of Maui (world class beaches!) This place is located in downtown Kihei, so you will be able to enjoy all the restaurants, beaches, groceries etc just outside your unit’s footstep! And fortunately this unit is facing away from the busy bigger street so it still feels private even among being in central Kihei. You can walk to supermarket, restaurants, bars, post office, scooter rental etc. A few important notes: Reservations under 5 nights are preferred, subject to approval for longer stays. Check-in time is after 3 PM, and check-out time is before 11 AM. We may accommodate earlier check-ins or later check-outs if there are no bookings before and/or after yours. In case of bookings, there's a 4-hour window for cleaning as our cleaner does not reside in the building. Please refrain from using white towels as cleaning rags to maintain our economical approach.
